Parcel address mismatch
Hi, I ordered a product from Germany it was handled there by Deutsche Post. I followed the tracking information when it arrived in the UK and noticed that the package had failed delivery attempt in Central London and I live in Harrow. I called Royal Mail customer service to check the package address the only think they told me it doesn't match with mine. I contacted the sender they gave me the invoice all the details match. The only thing I think of they typed ENG in front of the Postcode. The parcel is now held in a depot in Central London. Is there anyway I can get it from there?
