Two Items to same address - one delivered, one missing

Hi, On 30 June, I posted two packages to the same address in USA, both tracked and signed for ... one was delivered on 9 July but the other one is supposedly despatched from Langley (00:42 hrs on 2 July) on its way to USA.

Using the USPS auto update system I have asked for email updates for both packages from the USPS and I got all of them for the successfully delivered item but as far as the second, according to USPS, that item is still being prepared by the originating office (Langley). Can anyone there offer any help RY275490277GB - according to the USPS, the item has not been received into its system yet?

The package is probably delayed in US customs.

It's only when it's released that USPS will formally receive it.
