Hi there,
Two of my parcels that left from the post office on the 24 June and then arrived at LANGLEY HWDC on the 25th shave not been moved on to their destination yet.
It's the 15th of July today, and I'm wondering if there is any info regarding when they will move on?
The tracking numbers are:
RN625135005GB
and
RN625134999GB

Both of your parcels will be in Portugal. I expect they are stuck in Customs there and tracking won't be updated until Customs release them.
