Hi please help I posted a letter on the 25/06 to Portugal using international track and sign, it has been saying in transit for the last 11 days ‘ Your item is due to leave Jubilee MC to go to Heathrow Worldwide DC. More information will be available as it travels through our network’
Have tried contacting Royal mail with no sucess.
tracking info below- does this mean it has not left the UK? Last entry quotes ‘November 2021’

There are still delays in the Customs system so it may be caught up in that. Also with Brexit back in January Customs have been very strict with the required paperwork. If there is any question over the contents or the paperwork this will delay it.
However, without knowing the contents or current tracking it's difficult to advise. Its easier to see the current tracking when we are given a tracking number.
Indeed it could have made it to Portugal but is being delayed at their end.
All post by me in Green are Admin Posts.

Hi thanks for the reply, the contents are personal documents such as qualification certificates including translations, I completed the customs form as advised by the post office.

Contacted post office in Portugal there is no record of it reaching them either.

It will travel via the local GLS franchise in Portugal, not the local Post Office.

Don’t know where to go next or who to contact!
