Sent an item special delivery today, I send many packages a week but this one states on the tracking that’s been despatched to Royal Mail Site. Normally it would say “Despatched to Leeds MC” etc.
Wht does Royal Mail site mean. Its a fairly high value item which is insured but hoping it arrives safely as its a customer purchase.

Without a tracking number, it's difficult to advise, but recently there seems to a few of these popping up. However, they are usually delivered okay. I think it's a fault in the software when the tracking doesn't upload correctly. Without the tracking number its difficult to see if this is indeed what happened.
