Hi all,
I am waiting for a parcel send via Tracked 24, it was collected from the sender yesterday, although it seems like it was scanned incorrectly as 'delivered' before 'item collected'. Since then, I have no updates on the journey of the parcel, called the customer service, but they weren't really helpful, telling me to wait 7 days.
The scan says that it was delivered by Forest Hill Delivery Office, before it was collected. My delivery office is in Tonbridge.
Can you please let me know if there's anything I can do?
The tracking number is MZ033861229GB.
Many thanks,
Agata

Re: Scanning error?
Is the sender in Forest Hill? I suggest that the postie hit the wrong button and marked it delivered, then corrected the error.
