ROYAL MAIL/ PARCLFORCE
HELP! PARCELFORCE! my package arrived in the UK on Friday (9th) using INDIA POST/EMS checked 'released from customs' on the (12th) there been no movement since. Apparently it's been in transit for 14 days now .if anyone can shed some light on the situation I would be very grateful :)

Sorry we are not Parcel Force we are an independent site.
However it's probably stuck in Customs for some reason, and neither Royal mail or Parcel Force have any control over that.
We may not be able to give you any more insight but providing a tracking number might help if something unusual had happened. Even then please don't forget we are not an official Royal Mail site.
