Hi, I'm expecting a parcel to be delivered by Royal Mail which is coming from the U.S.
According to tracking services it's been in the UK since the 11/11 but has still not been delivered to my work address. Below is the tracking information. I have a feeling it may have gone out for delivery on the weekend when the office is closed so I don't know the policy for Royal mail to redeliver. Who do/Which office do I need to contact to look for this parcel. I don't really know who to contact as its now sat with Royal Mail.
Any help would be much appreciated.

It's probably awaiting customs clearance, and the longer the delay the more likely that there's some VAT to be paid on it.
