special delivery gone astray

hi dont know if ive posted in right place but here goes
work as a collection driver
i sent a special delivery last monday 29th sept
its tracked from tyneside mail centre to dorset mail centre and thats it, customer services jsut say its lost and to claim
anyone work there who can have a mooch for me see if its there?

doesn't really count for much tbqf. It looks very much like it's been sent to the NRC at Belfast. The dun in the bag that it was supposed to be in might not have been reprinted when the item was removed and scanned out to the NRC. If the number of items in the bag matched the number of items on the dun then the dun will have been scanned as receive bag.

I think it may be the cream protector that has caused the issue, I think you will find it has in fact gone to the returns centre unfortunately

The offending item would be removed and then either the remaining s returned to sender or sent on,
