Fee to pay card.

Post by refunder »

In a nutshell; since trusted regular customers have weighed and measured their large letters &or small parcels; then staff at the local Tesco sub-post office have weighed and measured the items again. Why then are ''Grey note'' fee to pay cards being issued at the destination post office? :arrrghhh

Clearly a mistake somewhere, it's hard to say where with so little details.

'The Case of the Broken Scales' perhaps. (@Tescos) I've called them before about a seperate issue and they said:
''We can't do anything about it; we aren't RM employees.'' Can't get the staff these days, I guess. :d'oh!

Weights & Measures Act requires them to have accurate scales and to test regularly to prove it.

I should say that the electronic scales that the PO used when I worked for them were very reliable.
