Hello.
It seems I have a package that got lost between Royal Mail and GLS. The tracking number is RF671662220GB and the last update was on 17 - ON ITS WAY TOGLS ROMANIA. Up to this moment, it doesn't come up for searches in the GLS tracking. I contacted GLS and, predictably, they said it didn't enter their system. I think almost two weeks should be more than enough for it to reach Germany if not Romania.

I call to GLS currier and also to Romanian postage services and they can not find any information about my package. Can you help me with some tracking details ? When I try to teck that number Royal Mail says it isn't a trackable service - which would agree with the UPU system as UY is only for letter mail, with a customs declaration.
