Hello there....I had two parcels shipped from china....Only one package has arrived.
However for this one, RB 388 541 806CN, it seems to be stuck at this location..in the UK.....
How can I get them to forward it onto the caribbean..the destination address.
It's already been since April 22nd..according to all of the tracking sites I've used....HELP!

There is no reason that I can see that an item from China going to the Caribbean would go through the UK - more likely to go through the USA.

However, there has been murmurings on various websites that there are a lot of cloned tracking numbers coming out of China at the moment - you may have fallen victim to one of those. What they do is sell so many items and give them all the same tracking number so people feel confident the item is on its way, however they only send one item and that gets tracked normally.

Hope you haven't fallen victim to this scam but you need to contact the sender, its up to them to make sure you get it.

how is that possible?

After this length of time the sender should be looking to either refund their customer or send a replacement item. The sender can then try to make a claim for compensation from whichever postal service/post office they posted the item with

I'm in the same boat . Small packet (1.8Kgs) sent from Spain on the 15 of May , arrived in LANGLEY HWDC on the 18th and there's been no further information since then .

Good afternoon
I also have a registered letter (considered as blue mail here in Portugal) containing documents with an urgent carachter wich were sent from Portugal to Gatwick, London.
registration number is RC 9236 3218 6 PT. It happens that this letter was sent 13 days ago(on the 14th of May), and since the 21st of May (for six days), it appears (on track and trace) to be stuck at "Langley HWDC". Could you please verify this as this are very urgent documents, wich should already had been received at destination ? A complaint has been presented to the Portuguese post office to try to find out why this letter hasn´t been delivered yet, but would need a fastest way of finding out what is happening.
Help or information would be very appreciated

what is going on, had a package leave china on 29th may went through Langley, and arrived with me on the 5th june, so exactly one week, so i think these hold ups must customs.

Bit OT but seen 2 posters on forum this week with tracked items (Airsure, ISF) to Germany get misrouted, 1 to USA, 1 to Ireland. New issue with HWDC does anyone know? (this will be little comfort to the posters themselves, hence why I've avoided posting on their threads...).

I have a parcel coming from china.

Royal mail track trace and parcelforce both say "Information for your royal mail signed for item is not yet available"
