This is the case but at one point I was also under the impression RM`s tracking was similar to that of UPS where tracking info is continually changed depending on where the package was in the system. When Ive had to send an xbox back via UPS you can track it from the point of collection through their various hubs to such and such an airport right to the point of delivery at the repair center.

It is but not with recorded delivery.
Recorded delivery is just an item that requires proof of delivery and is NOT tracked.

At least it should do in an ideal world, each special should be scanned at each location it's delivered to, starting at the PO/collection point - then at the collection depot - then the receiving MC - then at the locaction MC - then at the DO and then at the customers door.

Lay off you f***ing Moron :left: :left: :left: :left: :left: :left: , Ive just waited sixteen f***ing days for a package and I didnt aim any animosity towards anyone in this post apart from the management who are the demise of RM not the posties. To come in here and hijack the post the way you have is disrespectful and to be honest you should have your account deleted, if I was admin I wouldn't hesitate..........Actually someone give me admin rights please !!!
Regards

Sixteen days boo hoo, I have to wait blooming a lot longer and suffer massive losses due to an incompetent system and employees. I monitor all my deliveries coming in and going out and know what I am talking about you fool! It is not Management that fail to get a signature when delivering an item it is the POSTIE. It is the postie with the card and parcel NOT MANAGEMENT!! When you have lost as much as I have due to missing parcels, delays and shear incompetence to carry out the basic duties that posties are paid for then come and moan, but for SIXTEEN days, which is more or less within RM's T&Cs of due delivery, depending on what you claim is a delay, I laugh at your delay as it is nothing compared to what I suffer on a regular basis. Furthermore, disciplinary action speaks for itself.

I will give credit to some posties but having lived in many areas of the country I have seen the best and worst and certainly do tell on the worst. Now go an cry over your little minor delay of sixteen days and look forward to having to wait 5 to 8 WEEKS for items being returned, via Belfast, due to Delivery Office counters failings. I won't go in to details but basically postie fails to deliver, DO misplaces packages, then suddenly items are on their way back to sender BEFORE 7 day expiry period. Also making recipient to make 2 or more WASTED journeys to collect the packages.

Do I need to go on as there are many instances like this and many claims for loss / delay that I have submitted to back it up including compensation cheques. I don't lay blame without bloody good reason. Spend as much as I do each day /week / month of RM services then gob me off.

cant be bothered to read all of your moaning...but im gathering you send a lot of mail and may possible be a sort of business....if you think your postman is so rubbish use someone else like TNT etcetc....oh but wait - they all end up using RM themselves dont they. Dont patronise people by saying you pay their wages, as a customer i do too - but the way i see it all my money gets waffled up by top managers for what? Delivering a good service - which is now being questioned due to falsified figures....and before you say the posties did that, remember they had nothing to benefit from it. Only the managers and supervisors got bonuses. DONT YOU SLATE MY POSTIES YOU G*T...take your medication

Hello. I ordered a product and the product has been United Kingdom Langley HWDC and it has been there since the 27th August. I was wondering why it has taken so long and I have not yet received my package yet. Could you please deal with this quick because I need these for a specific reason. My tracking number is RA351673980CN
