Yes I remember that but this seems to be a new initiative which will presumably do recorded, specials, tracked and DNS - but would have to be downloaded I would imagine and so would have to be taken back on a daily basis. I wonder if they will have GPS built in?
Yes there was an article on page 3 of the Winter 2007 addition of voice entitled "Big brother implications of technology application". The union are seeking reassurances that it won't be used to monitor the whereabouts of employees etc, etc.
Well I'll bet the reassurances will be real until they are sure that it will be "an aid to quality of service" .
