Hello this is me again, the one that waiting for a shirt that sent from royal mail to Indonesia using small package so there is no tracking number, but didn't receive it yet. What can I do please? It's been 4 months

Oh I don't know that. So how can I get in touch to Royal mail? I'm not the one who sent it. But the agency raise a claim by them selves and now they're waiting for the royal mail to reply
A reminder that you said the sender raised a claim. In which case they should have received a refund from Royal Mail by now. You need to take it up with the sender.
