Royal Mail are not the responsible party here, that would be HM Customs. They are a part of central government, so you could try complaining to your MP.

No longer traceable is very weird. It is now at the stage where the sender should be putting in a claim form (or, if you are buying online, you should be making a complaint against the seller for non-receipt).

It all depends how quick it gets through the customs and security checks. It could be in the next few days, but sometimes if the non-RM parts of the system are busy it can take a lot longer.

As I look at it now, your item left the USA 72 hours ago and arrived in the UK a little over 48 hours ago. It's Sunday today. TBH, your parcel is progressing reasonably well.

We need a little help here if we are going to help you. Firstly, could you please copy and paste the tracking details into a post on here? Secondly, Bang Good seem to operate from both inside and outside the EU, where did you order it from? Thirdly, is the item worth more than £18?

Neither show on RM tracking yet so they are probably held up in customs.

So from what I can gather we will all be waiting for a letter to pay the relevant fees to release our parcels. Can someone who has gone through the whole experience be so kind as to explain the whole process, step by step, and also personal time frame for each step. Also add any other relevant details, parcel type, value, fees etc. Many Thanks :dance ***UPDATE 09:12. 21/09/2015. Just spoke to parcel force UK Tel: 03448 004466, they can find my item on their system and have said that it will be delivered by royal mail.So I phoned royal mail, Tel: 03457740740, who have no further details about the parcel as it is not on their system. But they said that I should receive a letter/card in the post ten days after said parcel arrived in the UK. I won't hold my breath for ten days from reading previous experiences, but lets see. Will update this post as and when movement occurs.

So, I sent some Documents to NMC as I am a portuguese nurse and, somehow, they got stuck in Langley. All my collegues sent theirs and everything is OK but mine, I don't know what happened.

What is Langley HWDC afterall? Why do normal envelops get stucked there?

Any reply? Thank you. :confused :confused :confused

HWDC = Heathrow WORLDWIDE Distribution Centre - basically everything going in or out by International post and handled by RM goes through Langley.
