I can't get full tracking on your item for some reason. But from what you say, it has probably been taken to one side because it is suspected of being dangerous goods. What is inside the package?

This can cause problems in several different ways:

Apple Watch and some other smart watches can fall foul of the rules on sending Lithium batteries;
Some other battery powered watches can fall foul of the other battery rules (generally, the way the manufacturers pack them is not suitable for sending in the mail);
If the watch is jewelled then it there can be a problem with Australian import regulations.

Now I understand so may be they will not send to Australia
