This is in their website:
"All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
We rely on postal services around the world, which means that unfortunately we can’t offer a guaranteed delivery time, and we can’t compensate for delays or missing Track & Trace information."
AIM being the keyword and it says they can't guarantee time, basically exempting themselves from fault. That wasn't how the attendant at the PO put it though.
There is nothing out of the ordinary with Brazilian Customs, that's just how they work. The R code is used by Chinese web sites to sell goodies, and Federal Revenue thoroughly inspect for dodgy stuff and for taxing. Its just a huge volume because a lot of Brazilian buy stuff in Chinese websites. Its cheaper to buy and import than it is to buy stuff in the high street here. This is very popular, I know ppl that do their xmas shopping in Aliexpress, but the Chinese retailers do tell their costumers it will take "up to 90 days"
Anyway the papers will likely to take that long and it was for a visa and now is a huge stress because we won't be able to do things on time. We already being apart for a long time.

And you all thought Royalmail was bad well even our own post office's don't know what happens all over the rest of the world with customs. Thing is this will happen in Europe after the BREXIT and someone will come on here about customs charges well it's a bloody damn shame our government is not setting up a website for this so the public will be more informed about sending parcels to other nations.belamac wrote:So he went to Post Office and was told that both packages would be delivery in "5-7 working days" and the RZ posted in 31/10 will be here, according to the Brazillian post office, in January, more than 60 days later and the "express" LB posted on 07/11 they said around december 4th wich is almost 30 days after he posted.
