If its still showing CL102 on the TNT label then its not been charged, just look for the delivered by Royal Mail sticker "DSA" which should have been put over the TNT one, we can then deal with it as a Royal Mail item.
You should have a selection on your IPS with TNT surcharge on it, if not tell your gaffer to put one there so we can claim as much off them as possible, then everyday clear them to the PHG who should have a revenue pouch going into the mail center. TNT are making ££££££ from us because not all delivery offices are doing this, trust me TNT don't like it!!

Strange. I been working in rp my local mail centre for 7 months now doing the surcharges and if it's just an rts we are told not to charge it unless it's been opened or reposted.
