Yeah, it will be delivered soon. DUN is the barcode, and if it was missing, a new barcode would be issued so it can be scanned and all parcels/letters would have matched up with the number sent to the office.claralee wrote:Just had a peak at track and trace:

No just a tiny letter. Apparently they tried to deliver today so will have to be collected in 24 hours. Obviously they're going for a signature

Gotcha! She finally got around to picking it up!
Must say bravo royal mail - they were very quick. The least said about their french counterparts the better!
