Yes, It was from Ebay, I could open a dispute to 45 days after despatch or something like this, I could even get some refund from PayPal within this term but now it's long after deadline and I can do nothing- I was layman when I started and I didn't expect problems like this...
Ok, I enclose the printscreen of tracking audit, I didn't know I can get a view like this on Track & Trace- if You can see something concrete please let me know, because it's really strange and incomprehensible for me. Thank you in advance.

It looks like it went abroad, came back as undelivered, delivery was attempted to an address back in the UK (I assume the sender's address-do they live near Luton?) on 15/1/13. It says delivered, but that could be an error as a month later it shows it's at another Mail Centre. Up until the 15/1/13, it makes sense. I can only assume that it wasn't delivered and was awaiting collection from the delivery office, it wasn't collected within the timescale and was then sent to the national returns centre. It can take a few weeks for them to get to the item due the vast amount of mail they receive so it might not have been scanned in as yet, or it might not have been scanned at all. That's IF it was sent there and not delivered to the address in the Luton area as per the tracking information on the 15/1/13.
So, you could try contacting RM customer services and asking them if an item matching that description has turned up and been logged on the system, but the tracking information clearly shows it wasn't delivered to you (for whatever reason) and you should definitely try to put in a dispute with ebay/paypal.
You might be best trying to contact Royal Mail on Twitter as you're not in the UK (@RoyalMail), they're quite quick to respond and will be able to tell you if you can get the item logged onto the system to see if it's appeared at the returns centre.

Hi can anybody help? I ordered something from China to be delivered in the UK and since the 4th June it says "your item with reference RL097592785CN" has been received and is been forwarded to our international mail centre" it's not the 13th and there's been no update since can anyone advise will I have to wait much longer?
