I had a valuable CD set I bought on Ebay sent to me by Tracked 24 from Thirsk - although it was handed into Thirsk Post Office on Thursday morning, it did not reach North West Super Hub until Friday morning (usually it would have got there sometime Thursday evening and moved to my local Mail Centre overnight for delivery Friday, you know, "24 hours")
I checked this morning and it STILL hasn;t moved from the Super Hub. I got the usual "We expect to deliver today between" which means nothing whatever, I had a package sent from NI last week and it spent all day yesterday saying that even though the tracking showed it hadn;t left Belfast!
Honestly Royal Mail should be had for false advertising, the "24" and "48" are nonsense!
