London > Northampton on its way to Dorset

Post by Clockwork »

Hi all,

Appreciate the work you do

I’m expecting 2 sentimentally valuable items being sent from London down here to Dorset. Both are tracked 48 and were due today. One is at Atherstone PSC and the other one is at Northampton.

My postcode is BH and I see a B postcode next to Atherstone so am wondering if they’ve been misrouted. If so will they just find their way back down here eventually? Anything I can do?

The items are from eBay and the seller said they just used the print out labels for my address which I know is correct. Anything I can do or should I just hold tight?

Appreciated in advance

Firstly, the tracking says that both items reached Dorset Mail Centre during last night, so they are heading in the correct direction.

The seller may be based in London but both items were posted in Woburn in Bedfordshire, which is a long way outside of London. Once you know that, the routing does not look strange.
