read 'stakeholder' in any correspondance and replace with 'large number of people we have to pay lip service to'
Shortlist and select preferred suppliers for appropriate communication-related activities where required means ' outsource because experienced internal candidates know a bad idea when they see it '
Ensure the IC team is consistently and continually benchmarking with other businesses, functions and organisations to drive comms best practice :means ' use private minimum wage, government subsided industries as an aspirational model of modern business practice.
The resilience, flexibility and stamina to work in a pressured and changing environment : means 'your existing staff will be halved as an example to the workforce as a whole, sorry about that, did we not mention it at the interview stage?'
Mildred: Hey Johnny, what are you rebelling against?
Johnny: Whadda you got?
