PayPoint has appointed former Yodel chief commercial officer Sam Holden as managing director, parcels and e-commerce, to help drive the next phase of its growth.

This strategic appointment marks a key moment for PayPoint as it accelerates growth in its parcels and e-commerce network midway through the financial year. The expansion forms part of PayPoint’s broader vision to strengthen its position in the UK parcels market and enhance customer experience across its nationwide retail network.
Holden joins with a proven track record as a business leader, known for her tenacity to maximise commercial opportunities, implement lean processes, and deliver improvements in the customer journey while driving sustainable profit.
Most recently, she held senior leadership roles within the logistics and delivery sector, where she played a pivotal role in delivering transformation and commercial growth.
