Won't take long before you upset the new 30,000 staff and have to recruit more. That might explain why the great royal mail as you put it has the highest turnover of staff in this country, Can you explain that one Adam?

People over the country have had to put up with pay freezes have they? Bit rich coming from a man with 10 million pounds in bonuses without a pay freeze since you started. Your attitude makes me sick, I can see where the posties are coming from now, thankyou.

If Royal Mail are for all things 'modern', how do they explain shutting down a bunch of useful websites the other week?

Modernisation - p/t workers running around like headless chickens to do a quarter of a walk then rushing back to do a full walk. How long before injuries and stress take their toll on these hardworking people, but as joe public has pointed out there will be plenty willing to take the vacancy when they have burnt themselves out.

So what does "modernaisation" mean?
Is it bringing in machines which are supposed to save us 20mins each by sortingmost of the mail for us, but in fact sort less than 30% and save us 5mins?
Is it giving duties that already require ovetime to complete extra work because these machine will save us less time than the overtime already required?
Is it changing the times of mail deliveries to the Delivery Offices, meaning less drivers required, but making deliveries later?
Is it having managers say that more hours are required in Delivery Offices but refusing to recruit and expecting staff to cover on overtime?
Because that is what is happing

Perhaps if Crozier and all the other over-paid managerial staff actually got out and did a postman's job for a week, they may have a different view.

The only thing that is destroying Royal Mail Mr Crozier, is your endless slash and burn attitude, huge salary and even bigger bonuses. Your culture is a management first and workers last system. The Royal Mail was o.k before you and Leighton came along.

Why don’t you consider a pay cut to help the business through the difficult time Mr Crozier? Work the hours you are paid, this coming from you is a bit rich
