sa overtime/other overtime can be stopped at anytime, if people are depending on overtime they are living above there means.
Like my grandad once told me many years ago- dont have or do anything you cannot afford, pretty good advise!
Our basic wage has gone up not down!
We have not lost one penny in basic wages while others have lost their job & homes!
If the job changing is what your real problem is then you are with the rest of us, but like i have said, we can all walk away at anytime if we feel their is something better out there(including myself) but not many of us do!
I feel happy in the fact that the company i work for has made 1 billion in profit in the last 24 months, so it cant all be bad lol.
man utd, chelsea, man city,arsenal, real madrid,Barcelona are all huge franchises & none of them make that kind of profit but nobody is predicting they are going to go bust!
