strike breakers we have a non union member in our office on a temp contract who comes in nearly 2 hrs later, he's sort are f***ing proper posties over, and he uses his car for drlivery, which the DOM knows about ! isn't using your car a dismissable offence? well it would be for a proper 40 hr a week full contract postie! but not them tossers

does it appear to anyone else that the strike breakers get away with everything? we have one who comes in late does little or no sorting, uses his car (which is parked in the yard) to take all his bags out, he then runs round and goes back to the office to gloat about the fact he has made time. we got told that if we keep complaning about him we will get a harrasement against us. total joke

I must firstly say that I am not overwhelmed by the deal. I have been out on the line for all the previous strikes and I will continue to support the union what ever the forthcoming ballot result. I am concerned however if a NO vote is returned, where will that leave us the posties? I believe that if a no vote is returned then there will be no more 1 or 2 day strikes. We will be out for good until it is settled one way or another. I will admit that I do not want to be out on the streets over Xmas and I am affraid that we will lose public support if we are out over this period. I will stand on the line again if that is what it takes and I hope that whatever the majority decides, they can stand by the consequences.

the point is we vote no AND tell hayes ect what sort of action WE want to take. time they represented US not us representing THEM ok

Mr Annoyed.... For a start... We WHO VOTED FOR A STRIKE AND THAT WAS 77% and more want to save this SERVICE and RM in my opinion only want to make it into a business where WE ALL will pay more and get less of a service....

We want to give the public the best as we always have done for over 360 years....

The strings and terms that are attatched to the deal is a MASSIVE issue which i for one cant agree to... Lots of people on here and in Mail centers and Delivery offices feel the same all over the countrys....

Look aroud you will see the reasons The majority on here DONT think its a good deal because RM and the CWU HQ have turned us over and gave us such a bad deal it would be the end of RM as we all know it,...
