Hang on a minute, so you're saying because you're allowed home 2 hours early one day and work an extra 2 the next, you should get more money? How? It can't be for 'no extra pay' as you've been paid it. If we're going to offer a constructive defence against flexibility, you can forget that one - we'll have the piss taken out of us.

Night Tonic: good reply. In MCs we don't get job and finish, a straight 8 hours, but like tonic says you expect to be paid extra for doing your hours? Rush around, use your cars, come in early and finish early and in the end the DIMs have come for those hours. This has been on the cards for years and now it has arrived. In the past You were warned this would happen!

The days of making anytime on my duty in the rugby league capital of the world have long since gone! Pegasus ensured that my walk lasts 3.5 hours and the rest.Indeed im desperately fighting a losing battle trying to relinquish extra work that was scandalously implemented into my duty whilst I was off sick! Anyone who can do a walk in between two and two and a half hours must be living the life of riley.
