The CWU agree to ignore any grievance procedures in respect of blatantly broken local or national agreements if it is in RM benefit to do so.
If however it is in RM benefit to reinforce local or national agreements then they will.
To completely ignore all requests for a resign, following a revision as per agreement as it means the local rep would lose his doddle of a duty and the RM bike he still uses for delivery.

Operational Needs. Means he can,t get round to see all of his members.
