With all the talk between Royal Mail and the CWU with full optimisation

What about those employees who already have a ring-fenced duty/reasonable adjustments in place?

What is going to happen to them?

They all can not go to the Mail Centre.

It's doubtful that any will be able to go to the MC as all the "DDA duties" will already be spoken for.
