It's just a fleeting thought, but is the practice still going where you used to recieve one of those framed diplomas for 10 - 15 - 20 -25 + years service.?
Dependent on the region/office policys some got a presentation and the longer service personel even had a 'postcode' party all expenses paid by R.M.
Anyone know if this practice is still inforce?

Well.. well.... it's great to know that this well deserved recognition of service has not been a victim of a cost cutting plan. :cuppa :Applause

Got my 20 years certificate in March, much to my suprise the gifts were pretty good(gave the vouchers to the wife, ah
sweet). unfortunatly i had to decline the free diner as i couldn't face dining with potential strike breakers in disguise. :nana

I was offered my 10 year one this year and told them was not interested in any form of recognition as don't come hear for that . But if you do take it and enjoy it good luck to you as yes we deserve a lot more, but persnally I am not interested at all
