Do we get a vote?
On uso reform
Pay rise?
Lots confused as we was waiting until last wed for payrise of 3 per cent so why don’t they pay it this week?.
Also heavy and light agreed rm and cwu talks but sure we vote on it?.

RM have stated that there will be a 'consultative ballot'.

Re: Do we get a vote?
Which doesn't answer the question? If they bring it in regardless of the outcome of the vote it's pointless having a vote (unless the voting is rigged!)

Re: Do we get a vote?
I'm not sure a no vote ticks any boxes, if it is a no RM/CWU will have to come up with something different, as they did last year when Fleet rejected their pay rise.

Re: Do we get a vote?
If there was a vote purely for/against DM26 then surely it should only apply to delivery staff as it doesn't make any difference that I can think of to anyone else

Re: Do we get a vote?
Isn't this different to the norm when it relates solely to DM26 as usually it's linked to a pay or changes in sick pay etc which doesn't seem to be the case this time?dazzler123 wrote: ↑21 Apr 2026, 21:06Most deals are like this, the frontline staff get shaftedted_e_bear wrote: ↑21 Apr 2026, 20:42If there was a vote purely for/against DM26 then surely it should only apply to delivery staff as it doesn't make any difference that I can think of to anyone else
