Always try to drop one at the top of an escalator, then watch people being forced through it by the crowd coming up behind.

Personally I can't stand people farting in the sorting office, but it seems to be so deeply ingrained within the workplace ethos that making other people smell the festering contents of your innards is acceptable I just waft it away with the nearest flat. If the majority of posties are happy standing around sniffing each other's farts that's the way it is. I would have hoped they'd have more consideration but that's life and I am a middle class gent in a working class environment and clearly in the minority.

I think the only thing we have to look forward to is farting at work now.

Just recently married, we were camping in the Lakes in the late 1980's. I'd had 3 pints of Guinness, a strong curry and a packet of hedgehog flavour crisps.
The Mrs say's she was awoken by the awful smell, and was gagging for air! I still think it was the motorway fumes next to the campsite.
She made me keep the tent door open for ages - in Octoberrrrrrrrrrrr...
Learnt my lesson, methinks!

I've done that when I've a packet for 'em - I'm an agnositc, but in the 30 seconds that they're coming to the door, I'm praying harder than the pope & all the bishops! :pray :pray :pray

When I was in training with the Army back in the day i had a dream that i had a s**t..................only it wasn't a dream, had to cut me kecks off & fire them into a ditch in the early hours (i was on guard at the time ),never came up on parade so i guess the foxes had them away :hmmmm

Christmas Eve, late 70's. Got involved in a heavy drinking session with the local Rugby club, so was mega-late for "romantic" meal at Italian place, really expensive...

Drank too much, threw up all over the pavement, and girlfriend got me to her parents house in a taxi.

At some point, don't remember when exactly, took a DUMP in her parents wardrobe.

Woke up Christmas Day not knowing anything, slowly dawned on me what I'd done. DOH!

Had to get a taxi, which was twice normal fee, to my parents house.

Haven't done anything like it since. Well, not AS bad...

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
