Get in touch with your union branch and put in a written grievance with the person who refused the payment and shredded the forms. Every office has a different payment rate for them but the minimum payment is 3p each. Also, you are not 'technically' allowed to claim both delivery overtime AND the payment for the polling cards. It's usually one or the other.
