Apparently if you take industrial action before december you lose the Strawberry Delights and Chocolate Toffee Fingers from the Quality Street.
The union is looking into it....the tin that is.

4 Christmas Bonus Supplement

The Christmas bonus supplement of £100 for full time OPG and OSGs (pro-rated for part timers) will be paid on Friday 20 December. The eligibility criteria for the Christmas bonus payment will be the same as last year, based on the four December weeks (commencing 25 November). In the unlikely event of any industrial action the abatement criteria will be drawn from the PBS agreement.

Also, from this year a separate payment of £100 (pro rata for PT employees) agreed in the National Joint Statement - New Incentive Arrangements, as detailed below will also be paid on Friday 20 December.

F*ck me how many times! is this a wind up?

The original £300 was in addition to the £200 at Christmas.

The £300 no longer exists unless it's in the new agreement, which you'd expect as RM know full well a sweetener will get people voting for a deal.

Apparently the new lump sum is £600 each plus the £200, all paid Christmas week, tax free and we all get a tin of quality street as well. And a toblerone.
id take £2 pound a week for ever over £300 one off

Don't you just love PRO-RATA? :d'oh! All Part Timers will obviously be putting in less effort over the Christmas period, despite working Full Time Hours. OK if the Manager makes you up Temporary Full Time (as they used to do in the past) but that hasn't happened over the last couple of years around here. :no no
