Considering it was sold as the main H&S plus point of the change of working practices and has a major effect on delivery spans and therefore protecting jobs i find the whole thing puzzling.
We have management nailed down over this,they agreed it was mandatory but now members and HQ seem to be conspiring to undermine the whole thing.
We've just been issued with a new Do your job properly poster.
It states...
Never before has it been more important to work safely.
Remember: Don’t cut corners: it’s your job, it’s your future – protect it now.

It doesn't even mention delivery methods....why not?
Is it because the trolleys are unpopular with the membership?
Or is it because they are unpopular with RM management now that they have realised that they cost much more hours than they thought?
Either way it's a bit strange...the silence.
