A AG army was exactly what RM wanted , the idea is to dilute the FT unionised staff , treat the so called "glorified casuals " mean and keep them keen. In Distribution/processing it's divide and rule , why do you think the 2003 ballot failed ?- the workforce was too divided - too many FT people wanted to stitch all the docket up -greedy soulless places -exactly what RM wanted and they were spoiling for a fight in 2003 , still a lot of bad feeling left over from then with RM Senior/Area Mgt . Why do you think reps/activists were stitched up on the most flimsy , spurious and flawed grounds ? afterwards ? , this carried on for another year , RM would make it "look straight " by saying "with the CWU" , but that's only to cover thier sorry A**** in Court on paper .

My office is quite famous in all this although i was not there at the time,happened before i transferred in.
Can't mention where,but needless to say,we caused some major s**t during all that,AND we got a payment from HQ cause of it all.
