You know people who prep d2d in their own time.......... yes that because thats what they should be doing now. This agreement ceases that.
That statement has made me lose all faith in you Lovejoy, been fighting mangement constanly over that one issue, and now a senoir rep is telling me the same?

Are you now going to tell me also that i have to flex up by 30 mins whenever they feel like it?

Very dissapoited mate to be honest :so there

I have still to find anyone who admits to voting yes in the way forward or pay and mod....... somebody must have.
what someone says to their colleagues can be very different to what they say in the home with their partner as they cross the box.

Plus the comms from the union with the ballot paper are vital as its the last thing you see before voting
I voted Yes for Pay And Mod and believe to this day it was the right thing to do :Very Happy

Unfair to ask, just as it's unfair for us to ask you, respect his anonymity like yours and everybody else's is respected.

You read em all
Indeed, but with the same cynicism as CWU HQ I should think. This site once had CWU logos all over it. Wonder why they disappeared soon after and a hastily written footnote that the site was not affiliated with the CWU?
This gets your goat don't it as this is about the 3rd time you have posted this, and i've never had the time to answer you until now.And also for anyone esle who is interested.

You are referring to the site in it's early days, yes the 'vote yes' banners were there, because that is at the time what i wanted to happen, people to vote yes for the strikes that is.
It was the portal then, but it seems you have not visited the front page over the years or you would be aware that the site has changed it's format a few times.

The reason being that i felt it was wrong what i did,my personal views should not dictate what is on the front page.

Yes tbf i am biased with what goes on there, but much of it is because i do not have the time (or the writing talent)at the moment to put up what i would want up there.
This will hopefuly change in the summer when i will have more time to spend on here.

There is a lot of 'no' vote talk on here and you will be aware that i posted a topic http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... 42&t=25012" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; which i stated in it...
EDIT:Forgot to mention,i will try and use the comments as an article for the front page.
Both sides of the fence will get their air time.
But i have not had the time to finish it off.

The footnote thing has been there for a couple of years and teebs will vouch it was not hastily written. The reason being because it is true and also i was geting a lot of email from people who thought we were an official RM site.

I don't drag militants of the street to come on here, what is on here is being said in many RM canteens around the country.
If we followed the rules strictly then most would be banned at times, regardless of what side of the fence they are.But would be nice if the adults on here actually started to behave like one!!

Not worried about CWU HQ,but it was nice of them to give us a 'near' plug when Wardy mentioned that the agreement was online a week before it was officially released on 'a website' when reps questioned why they only had 2 days to read it before the Bournemouth briefing.

Or a DIV rep 'lifting' stuff off the site for his own gain but then criticising the site when pulled up over his vote yes flyer.

Seems you're bored with it though Nighty, might be time for a change for you mate.

This site is just for the militants, why i don't bother with it.I've been in the job 24 yrs as rural delivery(Best type BTW)Makes me laugh that town dutys with the most calls will now get the same for D2D as everyone else, seeing as they're the Biatches that manage to finish 1st and get paid more all in there 8 hour day!!!This is still the best Donkey job out there, try being builders labourer(i used to do)than you know what hard graft is/crap sick-holiday pay/pension etc...

Will agree that later Sats suk..but what the Hell us Dumbheads don't have alot of choice...
