I can still see my wage slip on the old app.

Will the old app be fully phased out eventually including wage slips?
This month allegedly,I'm in a doom loop with Microsoft authenticator wanting to authenticate the actual authenticater its ridiculous this Robin nonsense,if you make one mistake when setting up it can mess the whole thing up,I actually got on Robin but tried a week later can't get on it :mad
I don't know if this will help at all but if you managed to get on initially you must have gone through the complete process of registering so maybe you could try.

https://royalmailgroup.workvivo.com/login

I've tried testing logged out and then tried to log back in on the desktop site as doing it on the app I don't have to put my password in.

So going on the desktop site you can select forgot password and reset it via a link sent by text to your phone, maybe try that.
There is no option to 'text to your phone'or anything else just keeps wanting to authenticate the authenticater.

no way I'm getting the Robyn app. I don't want my data shared to Meta /Facebook. Just noticed annual leave has just been removed from the people app. Will request a hard copy of my leave

Not saying it's any better but the WorkVivo app is owned by Zoom not Meta

Is the Microsoft authenticator an app you had to install on your phone ? I didn't have to do that iirc, anyway maybe try uninstalling it and go back to the start try to log in or even register which may result in it saying you already have, I'm just guessing/clutching at straws here.

Yeah hopefully you get it sorted I know myself and others have got straight in but there's plenty on here saying they can't, it's bloody ridiculous isn't it when all it's supposed to do is give access to fundamental information regarding our job.

I consider myself technically savvy but registering for this app and finding things on it really was a ball ache. What on earth were they thinking?

I know, thankfully I got in without issue but there's a few in the do that can't and they're far from being technophobic, as far as the actual app is concerned I've got the important stuff sorted which is what you got on the previous people app but jeez if you scroll through it it's full of absolute shite :speak to the hand
