I don't have 8 hours overtime for this month, so my holiday pay will fail.

Is this how they trick us so we fail to get our holiday pay?

Same trick last January and I wondered if that was the reason then. All those on overtime through Christmas. One month of no OT. f**k up the average holiday pay then OT back in February.
