Contracted hours
For how many staff does their hours in their contract reflect the hours they do? My guess is not many, if someone's contract is say for 40hrs then couldn't RM turn round and insist they work 40hrs?

Contracted hours
Long term deliveries will be the only part with any jobs, seems like RM long term want to automate everything that gets done in MCs. Saying that will them jobs in deliveries all be owner-driver jobs?mjd24 wrote:Get a job on delivery if it bothers you.SpacePhoenix wrote:For how many staff does their hours in their contract reflect the hours they do?
