because you can fairly assume that the house is secure when you put it through a letter box, by opening a porch you have proved its insecure.

the DOM never points the finger at runners or docket kings for not filling in 739's correctly or wrongly delivered items or missed redi's but when a postie does his job properly and by the book he harrassed for being 'too slow'
