If you think about it they can't unless their revision is built on a so low a model week that even on a tuesday they have to cut off.
I don't think many people want that kind of revision so a certain amount of lapsing on days when the traffic is down will always be inevitable.
It's how much,how it's dealt with and how much is caused by muppets starting early and skipping their breaks that matters.

Get them to sign in their physical start time and collate the evidence
Take it some of these aren't taking their breaks either

No-one should leave the office until 8 hours after their official start time(ft) stopping dic*heads coming in early! :arrrghhh

And that goes for line managers too - they only stay til 2 once a week on rota. Get rid I say! :wave
