Typical unexplainable inconsistency, incompetence and unfairness of RM :mad :mad ...... We are getting nowt re. SA payments and get this our DOM wants us all to come in later and work later :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: ...... Wouldn't put him in charge of a bag of rubish :nana :nana :nana

want us all in an hour early,put a sheet up on the wall showing us our earlier start times.
I said that I hadn't offered to come in earlier and will start at my normal start the time cheeky bar stewards

Years ago, at christmas, the manager and the union rep sat down and agreed a set overtime regardless of what time you finished - everyone started at 5 and everyone sorted until it was finished and then you went on delivery..............until it was finished which was 9 times out of ten within the limit of the agreed overtime. That was a win win win for the company, the customer and the postie.

We are still kinda doing that in our office but not everyone has to sort ips, so its the same old few who get the longer days :sad:

Well IPS was controlled by the manager, he judged how much work you had on and would go round the frames taking people off IPS to go and prep or you could approach him to judge what you had on. You couldn't do it now with so many part timers.
