If your below 30 years of age and very fit you will be totally fine. This is how RM sees its "team" of workers. Not the true facts of the matter.
Problem is if your below 30 and very fit with any kind of work ethic then working for the minimum wage at RM is not going to be very attractive, particularly now that you can't even earn a decent OT rate.
True but by the same logic if they have those attributes why are they working for RM in the first place if there's better options about

Someone in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s with experience on this job will always do the job quicker, more efficiently and with no errors, they will turn up to work every day.
This is why the decision to manipulate these workers out of the business for £1.50 ish an hour makes no sense

What determines 'Great Success'.... Borat rated it?

... if posties are doing overtime to get clear that should not count as a great success.....

so someone tell me how much overtime was done to clear the office at Manchester South East.... we need those stats.
I’m guessing they still have current staffing levels so therefore of course they will clear with no change to their TM1

I'm glad somebody else has said this, I've said it w few times. This is a huge factor in the change over to DM26. If they cannot do it with the old staffing levels then they'd have to be really s**t.
