With a wage for 1st 10 hrs being below a legacy rate

And worse after 10hrs

The only way I’m getting stuck in is overtime rate by discussion with my manager

I cut off or if I’m out will claim 20 or 30 minutes maximum, I can’t understand how you get paid less for delivering 30 minutes after your time for doing exactly the same job. I refuse to work day off until ot rate improves so it normally fails, they are imo deliberately fail mail as they still prioritize tracked despite saying they don’t, and expect you to work longer for less. It’s disgusting way to treat workers

It's surprising the OT rate for legacy workers wasn't brought into line with the normal hourly rate, given they've now reduced new contracts to just the normal rate of pay.

Ghosting has been a thing of the past for most offices for a long time, any offices still doing it will eventually go the same way

Every office is different, I know some offices that ghost and some that don’t, I know offices that still get job and knock with the feet up home at 1pm and some wait until finish time (all under the same area management by the way)

They said that when SISO was coming it but it still happens in our office because managers know that people won't do it otherwise.

There are staff here that will threaten to bring back whole loops including tracked if they don’t get their entitled 1 hour plus job and knock every day.
Management fall for it every time.
The same managers that are tasked with bringing in DM26, fairly.
