If you're given a letter with a date for an attendance review stage one warning , but go sick again before you attend the meeting, will the last absence be counted as the first absence towards a stage 2 warning?
Or will it all come into the first stage warning when you eventually attend the interview?

Re: Stage warning
All absences at the time the review takes place are included. if you go sick before the review takes place that absence forms part of that review.
Hope that is clear.

Re: Stage warning
What happens if you go sick after the interview? But before you get the paperwork back to review and sign, and before the stage gets issued?
Would this still only count towards the first stage, that hasn't been issued yet? Or would it be counting towards stage 2?
