He spelt 'modernisation' and 'equivalent' wrongly and missed the apostrophes out on 'its' and 'years'.

The 'we (most of us...' sentence is grammatically incomprehensible.

...and there is no need for the comma in the title.

What was that about spelling lessons?

Apart from that it was pointless drivel.

Without meaning to be picky - oh, yes I am. I think you will find he did spell modernisation correctly and also the use of its. The sentence beginning ' We(the etc.)', however, is a mess. And having seen how badly some managers spell even the simplest words I wonder how much of a postman he is and that perhaps he has spelt his own name wrong and that the correct spelling is A-D-A-M C-R-O-Z-I-E-R.

Check again; he did spell modernisation incorrectly, it's the 'i' that is missing.

'its' is just all wrong. He means 'it has' not 'its' or 'it is'. He's put a unnecessary comma before 'but' as well.

I have got to get out more...

Let's agree he shouldn't be having a go at other people when
he can't spell properly himself.

My favourite crap spelling at our place is the laminate that says REDIRECTION'S

What got me about the series of articles is that he is complaining about us complaining - I don't think that site understands irony.

Apart from that what else can you expect, we are after all a forum of mostly postal workers, so we complain about Royal Mail. I don't see many Football Forums praising their teams on every post. If we were a forum about sewing I am pretty sure we would have complaints and arguments about why cross stitching is far superior than Catchstitch and why one or the other is more flexible than the other. That after all is the nature of successful and busy on-line forums.
