Permanent work through agency

Is it possible to become a permanent staff member by first working through an agency? My present job has been affected due to covid and was looking for a new career too

Hello, yes it's totally possible! I would say it's the most common way, but I'm not 100 percent sure... That's how I got in (3 weeks ago after having started in last November as an agency worker). And many colleagues I've been asking about it told me the same. In my case, I really fought for it, taking whatever they would throw at me (doing some crazy weird shift sometimes... ). But among the many agency people I started with I guess I'm the only who's been hired. Now that I'm a actual RM employee I try to figure out how to relax more and get back my work life balance. I don't know if I did it the right way, but that's how I went about it, so... Anyways I think if you work hard, have a good attitude/work ethic and are very available for a while period you'll eventually get there. So never give up!!! Even when it's hard!!! I root for you!! :dance

Wait, so when you work through agency (which I’m sure is Angard), can you become a full time or part time employee through Royal Mail or the agency?
